Uncle Phil is a Smiley deep down. But he is known for having a tough time with a lot of things. Luckily, he's self-watering, so you never hear him complain about not having water. Uncle Phil is living on TV dinners and a little bummed his life went astray. He's grunting and scowling, but deep down we know Uncle Phil is a one of the good ones. He won't admit it but he loves his friends and family as much as anyone. We love Uncle Phil!
